June 2009: Plant Operators Licence

Aspin’s Plant Operators Licence now enables Aspin to have direct control of their Road Rail Vehicle on track operations. This licence forms part of the efficient service that Aspin deliver to their clients. By working directly with Network Rail through the Plant Operators licence Aspin will be able to continue to deliver an even more effective and efficient service.
