ASPIN FOUNDATIONS: DOMESTIC FOUNDATIONS

Falling within the scope of the Underpinning and Foundations Division, the design and installation of new foundations for extensions or houses uses the mini-piling systems typically employed for underpinning works. This allows piling to be carried out on sites with very restricted access. Choosing from the full range of piling available to the division, we can ensure that the most cost-effective and appropriate technique is adopted for each site.

Aspin® Foundations offer a full design and construct service for the piles, beams or slabs for the new construction and can prepare all necessary design submissions required for Building Control.

As full ASUCplus members (www.asuc.org.uk), we provide an independent 12 year Defects Insurance Guarantee for all of our domestic foundation works at no additional cost.
